I'm Roger from Less Than Jake. I totally have a Recording Studio.
Don't get me wrong, I don't have anyone working for me;
I don't have a receptionist to take phone calls;
Although, Tony might show up to make you coffee and plug stuff in.
I do have a full arsenal of professional recording gear;
ProTools, Guitars, Drums, Amps, Pedals, Mic pre's, compressors, etc.
I've also spent many moons in "pro" recording studios.

I can do very deep editing in protools. I can arrange harmonies
and give tracks a professional vocal treatment.
I can even replace drums sounds. But the best part is just
working on songs, getting the most out of them,
recording with patience, and hanging out.
